Swallows Nest Barn is a licensed restaurant and bar barn venue for hire, purpose built to ensure your special occasion flows perfectly. The layout of the barn is conducive to a great atmosphere, whether an intimate occasion or a wedding on a grander scale.

The attractive walled courtyard has a south facing aspect, with established olive trees, lawn area and outdoor seating. Weather permitting, the courtyard is the perfect space for drinks and an extension of your evening, in full view of the dance floor through the contemporary glass wall windows.

The variety of space and the freedom to use the areas in a multitude of ways, allows you to personalise the rustic barn venue in line with your special occasion vision, discover availability.

We offer seasonal, locally sourced, restaurant quality food, prepared on-site by our dedicated caterers, Lemon Zest. The team at Swallows Nest Barn are proud to deliver a simple, carefully curated menu with total flexibility, as well as the option to create a fully bespoke menu should that be your preference.

We have put together guideline drinks packages including a range of drinks, wine and cocktail options. Alternatively, you can work with our dedicated bar team to build a bespoke package that suits your food menu, taste and personality.

Our hand-crafted, custom bar is stocked with a good selection; from local brewers, the essential classics, and a comprehensive wine list including specialist English wines.
