Swallows Nest Barn, nestled in the heart of Warwickshire, is more than just a stunning venue—it's a family passion turned into a thriving wedding and event location. Fourteen years ago, David and Rachel embarked on an exciting journey when they purchased the farm. With their two daughters engaged, the idea of transforming a beautiful barn into a wedding venue began to take shape. In June 2014, they hosted their first wedding, marking the start of a new chapter in their lives.

The success of Swallows Nest Barn is rooted in the dedication and hard work of a small, close-knit team. The venue is managed by LMT Ltd, with day-to-day operations overseen by a team of passionate individuals who share a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Each team member is deeply involved in the planning and execution of every event, ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to.
The catering at Swallows Nest Barn is provided by the award-winning team at Lemon Zest, who have built a reputation for creating locally sourced, seasonal menus that delight and impress. Their commitment to high-quality ingredients and exceptional service aligns perfectly with the values of Swallows Nest Barn. Together, we work to provide a bespoke dining experience that complements the venue's charm and elegance.

Our Sustainability Efforts
At Swallows Nest Barn, we believe in the importance of sustainability and are committed to minimising our impact on the environment. Our dedication to preserving and enhancing the natural beauty of our surroundings is reflected in several key initiatives that we have implemented over the years.
Conservation & Tree Planting
Over the past eight years, the we have planted over 2,500km of hedgerows on the farm, and continue working within schemes designed to support nesting birds, butterflies and other wildlife. In a recent one day survey working with the Warwickshire Butterfly Trust, 23 species of butterfly were identified on the land. These efforts not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the venue with wildflowers and woodland, but also contribute to the local ecosystem by providing habitat for wildlife. This work will provide a lasting legacy that will continue to benefit the environment for generations to come, and we are grateful to our clients for their contributions to this important project.
ReUse Recycle

This not only reduces the demand for new materials but also gives new life to items that might have otherwise ended up in a landfill. By choosing to use recycled materials, we are able to create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that add character and charm to our events while also being kind to the planet.

We recently got married at the beautiful Swallows Nest Barn.
The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely perfect and every member of staff we came across in the process was amazing! Special mention to Leanne, she was incredible during the planning process, in co-ordinating our day and in helping bring our vision to life the amount of support during the whole process was brilliant, they were always so accommodating and our day way surpassed any expectations we had! We have had so many compliments from our guests on the venue, the surroundings, the food, organisation and the staff! The woodland ceremony made for an extra special celebration too!
Swallows Nest Barn and the whole team were nothing short of perfect and we can’t thank them enough for everything they did to make our day exactly what we wanted and more - thank you! It was honestly the best decision we made choosing Swallows as our venue

I can’t even begin to thank Swallows Nest for all they did for our big day. This venue is beautiful, and the team run like a well oiled machine. They did absolutely everything they could to make our day perfect. Thank you to Leanne for helping us for the planning, and to Nadine for running the day so smoothly and taking away all of our stress and anxiety!! Thank you to lemon zest for their incredible food and service, and thanks to Melissa the bar manager! Highly recommend this venue, they stand apart not just for how stunning the venue is, but because their staff are genuinely lovely humans. Thank you!!!

Swallows Nest Barn was the first wedding venue we viewed and we immediately cancelled viewings for elsewhere as we completely fell in love. The barn has such a special, warm atmosphere, and all of our visits in the lead up to our big day felt so special. Special mentions for the lovely Leanne and Nadine who couldn’t have done any more to help us make our day everything we wished it to be, we feel very lucky to have had them beside us for a day we’ll never forget xx

We recently had our wedding in September and we couldn't recommend Swallows Nest enough! Swallows Nest Barn was the first venue we looked at in January 2024 and we knew straight away that it was the venue for us.
Leanne was so helpful during the whole process, from our pre-wedding meetings, answering questions we had in between and of course on the day. Going into the day we knew we had nothing to worry about as we were in safe hands, and we definitely were!
Swallows Nest go above and beyond, and co-ordinate things so perfectly on the day, more than I've seen at any other venue. The food was also incredible, so many guests commented how lovely the food was, it's far from your typical mass catering!!
If you're looking for your wedding venue, we would 100% recommend Swallows Nest Barn. We hope we have an excuse to come back again!

We were delighted to have our wedding at Swallows Barn last year, the day ran so smoothly and all the team were great. A special thank you to Leanne for making the lead up so easy, and helping us with our many many questions - she is truly lovely! We couldn't have been more pleased with the venue and all the decor we hired - it looked beautiful and there many places to take photos outside. The food was outstanding and a real highlight for our guests, we really appreciate flexibility with the menu. They made everything so easy, we have and will continue to recommend them to anyone planning a Warwickshire wedding

We viewed many venues when looking for the perfect one for our wedding and when we first viewed Swallows Nest Barn we knew it was the one! The venue is gorgeous from the initial drive in along the fields to the most beautiful ceremony room! The drive to the venue is so picturesque it definitely gives the wow factor! The venue was the perfect size for the amount of guests we had and everyone complimented how lovely it was! We were lucky enough to have our wedding on a sunny day and the big windows in the bar area meant that even though many people were outside, you still felt all together and involved!
The most stunning part of this venue is the ceremony room and it was everything we were looking for! The grounds around the venue are also perfect for photos! We also can’t thank the staff enough especially Leanne for all of their help in making our plans come to life! From the initial viewing the staff were so friendly and always made us feel so welcomed and valued. Leanne was quick with replying to any emails and questions that we had when planning and was present on the day to ensure that it ran smoothly for us! The staff were perfect in setting up for the wedding breakfast and all did an amazing job! We couldn’t recommend Swallows Nest Barn, Leanne and the team enough! Thankyou for giving us the most perfect day!
