Our beautifully restored 19th-century barn features rustic brickwork and a contemporary glazed annex, providing a harmonious blend of old and new. The walled courtyard, with its south-facing aspect and established olive trees, offers a stunning outdoor space for your wedding ceremony and reception. With a capacity to accommodate up to 120 guests for dining and up to 150 guests for evening celebrations, Swallows Nest Barn is the ideal venue for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.

Religious weddings
While Swallows Nest Barn cannot host religious ceremonies on-site, we welcome couples who wish to have a religious ceremony at a nearby church, temple, or other place of worship. After your religious ceremony, you and your guests can celebrate the rest of your special day at our venue. We are experienced in seamlessly transitioning from your ceremony venue to Swallows Nest Barn, ensuring a smooth continuation of your wedding celebrations.
Although we cannot host the religious ceremony itself, we can accommodate blessings performed by your chosen officiant if they are willing to conduct the service at our venue. We recently got married at the beautiful Swallows Nest Barn.
The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely perfect and every member of staff we came across in the process was amazing! Special mention to Leanne, she was incredible during the planning process, in co-ordinating our day and in helping bring our vision to life the amount of support during the whole process was brilliant, they were always so accommodating and our day way surpassed any expectations we had! We have had so many compliments from our guests on the venue, the surroundings, the food, organisation and the staff! The woodland ceremony made for an extra special celebration too!

I can’t even begin to thank Swallows Nest for all they did for our big day. This venue is beautiful, and the team run like a well oiled machine. They did absolutely everything they could to make our day perfect. Swallows Nest Barn was the first wedding venue we viewed and we immediately cancelled viewings for elsewhere as we completely fell in love. The barn has such a special, warm atmosphere, and all of our visits in the lead up to our big day felt so special. Special mentions for the lovely Leanne and Nadine who couldn’t have done any more to help us make our day everything we wished it to be, we feel very lucky to have had them beside us for a day we’ll never forget xx

We recently had our wedding in September and we couldn't recommend Swallows Nest enough! Swallows Nest Barn was the first venue we looked at in January 2024 and we knew straight away that it was the venue for us.
Leanne was so helpful during the whole process, from our pre-wedding meetings, answering questions we had in between and of course on the day. Going into the day we knew we had nothing to worry about as we were in safe hands, and we definitely were!
Swallows Nest go above and beyond, and co-ordinate things so perfectly on the day, more than I've seen at any other venue. The food was also incredible, so many guests commented how lovely the food was, it's far from your typical mass catering!!
If you're looking for your wedding venue, we would 100% recommend Swallows Nest Barn. We hope we have an excuse to come back again!

We were delighted to have our wedding at Swallows Barn last year, the day ran so smoothly and all the team were great. A special thank you to Leanne for making the lead up so easy, and helping us with our many many questions - she is truly lovely! We viewed many venues when looking for the perfect one for our wedding and when we first viewed Swallows Nest Barn we knew it was the one! The venue is gorgeous from the initial drive in along the fields to the most beautiful ceremony room! The drive to the venue is so picturesque it definitely gives the wow factor! The venue was the perfect size for the amount of guests we had and everyone complimented how lovely it was! We were lucky enough to have our wedding on a sunny day and the big windows in the bar area meant that even though many people were outside, you still felt all together and involved!
The most stunning part of this venue is the ceremony room and it was everything we were looking for! The grounds around the venue are also perfect for photos! We also can’t thank the staff enough especially Leanne for all of their help in making our plans come to life! From the initial viewing the staff were so friendly and always made us feel so welcomed and valued. Leanne was quick with replying to any emails and questions that we had when planning and was present on the day to ensure that it ran smoothly for us! The staff were perfect in setting up for the wedding breakfast and all did an amazing job! We couldn’t recommend Swallows Nest Barn, Leanne and the team enough! Thankyou for giving us the most perfect day!
